not all white people are racist, but all white people are born into a racist societal system which inherently benefits them via the means of subjugating non-whites. therefore it is not enough to simply 'not be racist' - you must actively oppose and challenge the constant and consistent oppression non-whites face. to be complacent is to condone. also just wanted to say you're a brilliant source of education and information when it comes to racism and oppression. thank you.
